These fees are a
guide. You will be given a full
estimate of the cost of your
treatment after your consultation.
If you have treatment booked at
your first appointment you will
have already been given an
estimate of cost. Should the
estimate change you will be told
before the treatment. You will be
advised of any changes during the
treatment. Our fees are based on
two appointments. For more complex
treatments an extra session may be
required. An extra session may
also be required for re-treatments
or where the original root filling
material is difficult to remove.
Consultation
Including all digital
radiographs and a full
report to the referring
dentist when required.
This may also involve some
"teledentistry" comprising
a short call in advance.
In more
complex consultation
cases, you will be
quoted if the fee
exceeds the usual quote.

Cancellations
We try
to confirm all our appointments
48 hours in advance of treatment
and at that stage a deposit of
€200 will be required to confirm
the appointment. The balance of
the fee is due on the day of the
treatment session.
Failure
to attend an appointment will
incur a fee. The fee will be
dependent on our ability to fill
the appointment slot. If the
appointment is cancelled with
little or no notice, then most
of the full fee will be required
as we will be unable to allocate
the appointment to another
patient. If we get at least 24
hours’ notice and we can give
the appointment to another
patient, there will be little or
no cancellation fee, depending
on how much of the slot we fill.
We
allocate long sessions to our
patients and we see very few
patients each day. If we cannot
fill a slot due to a late
cancellation, then the
cancellation fee is to cover the
high fixed costs of running the
practice and will be based on the
time allocated to the appointment.
Payment
methods
We accept cheque, cash or credit
cards and require full payment on
completion of each treatment
session.
Receipts and MED 2 forms are
issued at the end of the treatment
to enable you to claim tax relief
at 20%.
